Maker’s 46 Bottle Refresh

The Maker’s Mark bottle is iconic. It has a unique shape and the red wax was a stroke of marketing genius. The Maker’s 46 bottle didn’t have the same shape, so to make their brand more consistent they decided to put Maker’s 46 in the classic Maker’s bottle and revamp the label to better explain what 46 is (no, it’s not aged 46 years). Of course, with a new bottle, you need to let people know what to look for, so I was part of the team that developed all of the social media communications building awareness of the change and promoting Maker’s 46, both paid & organic.
